The day the circus came to town...

I love finding a fabric combination that I want to play with for ages. Red and white spot is one of my favourite fabrics ever - I've used it on so many projects and gone through so many different variations. My favourite was 'dinky dot' in a lovely bright red, with 'organically' placed dots (no rows of regimented circles here, they looked dabbed on by hand with a paintbrush!). Unfortunately I think it's out of print, and I have been using a Rose & Hubble lately.

How cool does this red and white spot look with this great black and white elephant fabric?!

The bright red just pops against the monochrome. It had to be a big covered button!

And everything is always better with pompoms. This is my ultimate circus themed case! I want to keep it!

I love the elephant's little ear too! These are ipad mini cases, but I can see myself doing lots more with this design!

I will be taking commissions for Christmas until the end of November :)
